First and foremost, I am NOT a chef. I’m the owner of the badass creative agency, Red Rattler, and I use cooking as an additional outlet for my creativity after-hours. I’m completely self-taught, and have learned how to cook from scrounging and absorbing information from wherever I can find it, be that actual chefs, reading books, the interwebs, or out in the wild. You’ll find here a combination of recipes that I’ve made myself, tweaked from other sources, or accidentally stumbled upon while raiding my cabinet and combining ingredients that I had available.
